- Cualquier artículo floral se puede enviar el mismo día en toda la Isla de Ibiza y resto de España con servico Mandaflor.
- LOS DOMINGO SE REPARTE EN LA ISLA DE IBIZACSI HACES EL PEDIDO ANTES DEL SABADO A LAS 13 H .En caso de no tener en existencia alguna de las flores que componga el trabajo floral, se sustituirá por alguna similar. Si el cambio es muy sustancial, se avisará al cliente previamente. Los gastos de envío se calcularán según la zona de envio.
- EXTRAS: If we run out of any of the extras, we will replace with another one of the same quality.
- ALL FLOWER PRODUCTS CAN BE ORDERED IN 3 DIFFERENT SIZES (SMALL, MEDIUM ONE THAT CORRESPONDS TO THE PHOTO AND LARGE). There are some exceptions, but they are always noted in the product page.

BUYING PROCESS
The client is responsible of the details given in the order. Please understand that it is very important to include the information correctly, in particular the address and the contact numbers for the client placing the order and the person that will receive the order, in order to guarantee a successful delivery. Any change in the order (address, message, extras) needs to be notified by telephone or email, at least 24 hours before the delivery date to make the necessary arrangements. If the details registered are not correct, labotelladenur.es will not be responsible for the delivery of the product.

The order will be considered completed once delivered in the registered address. Nevertheless, if the person that receives the package is not at the address, the delivery staff will contact them for a second attempt on its delivery. If this was not to be possible, we will notify where to collect the product in person as soon as possible.

All products offered in labotelladenur.es are subject to availability. If any of the products ordered becomes out of stock, we will notify the client. In this case, we will replace it for an alternative product with similar characteristics, where quality and price will be equivalent or higher.
All prices are shown when the order is placed. In certain dates labotelladenur.es may offer special prices on special products. The offers and discounts will be valid only during the promotional period.

Any claim needs to be placed in a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order. If the client is not happy with the product, labotelladenur.es could substitute it or return the money, after checking the alleged defect. We aim to keep our customers happy and we will always try to reach a friendly solution with the client.
Ony order placed in labotelladenur.es implies the unconditional acceptance of our general terms, as expressed in this page. The client will not be able to impose conditions contrary to these, unless previously agreed amongst the parties.
